Allow us to introduce ourselves - we're Lauren and Brian, passionate dog lovers, and the proud founders of Yorkie and Morkie Boutique, LLC.
For over 25+ years, breeding and showing top-of-the-line dogs has been our true calling. It all began in the early 1990s with Wire Haired Dachshunds, and although we took a break to raise our four beautiful children, our love for breeding and sharing our puppy love never faded.
Our mission in creating Yorkie and Morkie Boutique was to share our passion and bring joy to others through our exceptional breeding program. We're devoted servants to the Lord, and putting Him first in our Christ-centered home is our priority. It's essential to us that you understand our values and how we lead our lives.
We consider ourselves blessed to be able to serve and bring happiness to others. With champion line pups in our program, we fell head over heels for the designer Yorkie, Morkie, and Shorkie breeds, as well as their stunning specialized colors. We wanted to open our loving home, wonderful breeding program, and beautiful puppies to fellow dog lovers like you!

We are AKC certified, BABS and Puppy Culture trained and recognized, and proudly Good Dog Certified. This means our breeding program has undergone thorough review and scrutiny, providing you with one of the BEST breeding experiences. As members of The Honest Breeder and Dog Breeder Society, we continuously learn from a community of breeders dedicated to raising healthy and exceptional puppies.
Located on 2.5 acres in Rio Verde, north Scottsdale, AZ, where we reside in a beautiful ranch home, and part-time in Panama City Beach, FL, we're fortunate to have been rated one of the Top Breeders in the US for two consecutive years and serving from coast to coast!

​At Yorkie and Morkie Boutique, we are dedicated to continuously improving our program to provide the best care for our puppies and their families. Our commitment extends beyond expectations, aiming to help each puppy reach their full potential and live their happiest lives.
The cornerstone of our program rests on the love, health, and happiness of our parent dogs. All our parents have remarkable dispositions and temperaments, and they undergo extensive genetic and physical health testing by our trusted veterinarian. After all, the well-being of our puppies starts with the health of their parents.
From the very beginning of their lives, we prioritize the development of our puppies through early neurological stimulation (ENS) that begins as early as 3 days old. From days 3 to 16, we engage in gentle handling and daily weight monitoring as part of the ENS process. ENS has proven to offer numerous benefits, including improved cardiovascular performance, stronger heartbeats, enhanced adrenal gland function, increased stress tolerance, and improved disease resistance.
ENS involves a carefully designed series of exercises that each puppy undergoes daily, lasting for 3 to 5 seconds per session. These exercises expose the puppies to mild stressors, which have an optimal effect on their developing brains and immune systems. Our goal is to empower your puppy, ensuring they grow up to be confident and responsive so that you can train them according to your preferences.

​I find it difficult to comprehend the actions of some individuals. As breeders, we already face immense stress and pressure. Our responsibilities range from ensuring the well-being of our puppies to maintaining relationships with clients and prospects. Balancing puppy rearing, personal life, and sometimes full-time work can be quite demanding. We genuinely strive to please both animals and people.
So why do some breeders attack each other? It's perfectly acceptable to have differing opinions and approaches. Disagreements are natural, but resorting to attacks seems unnecessary. Personally, I prefer to focus on my own path and commitments. I wonder why it is so important for others, whether breeders or not, to be unkind and cruel. With so many people and puppies in the world, there is no need for such cruelty. I have personally dealt with false accusations, character defamation, slander, and harassment. Fake reviews, harassing phone calls, and even threats to my family have been part of my experience. It has become too much.
I have faced significant loss and challenges in my life. The pain of burying my parents, losing close friends, and attending the funeral of a young son of a dear friend just recently. I have battled and overcome cancer, enduring more hardships than many can imagine. Despite these trials, I refuse to see myself as a victim. Instead, they have shaped me into a kinder person.
Let us put an end to hate, jealousy, rudeness, and cruelty. Life is too short to harbor anger and bitterness. Instead, let us be kind to one another. Let us cherish the moments with our loved ones, for they can be fleeting.

Whether you're in need of transportation or prefer to meet us at the airport, we've got you covered! This is little Beau who went from Texas to Florida and Florida to Arizona and now in New York! He is already an expert traveler. He was hand-selected, loved and cared for then personally delivered to his New York mommy! They're ready to become your lifelong companions!

​Building a Puppy Jungle Gym for Socialization
When it comes to training young puppies in my home, my primary goal is to expose them to a wide range of exciting experiences. That's why I've created a delightful puppy jungle gym that serves as a hub for exploration and socialization. My ultimate aim is to expose them to a wide array of novel stimuli such as sights, sounds, textures, experiences, surfaces, places, people, smells, and objects.
Once the jungle gym is ready, I encourage the puppies to discover its many features, rewarding their curiosity with treats. Through the use of free-shaping techniques, I guide them to interact with specific objects or experiment with different tasks. The process involves selecting a desired goal and supporting the puppy's progress until they successfully grasp it. These puppy jungle gyms have proven to be highly effective in achieving this purpose!
Additionally, we practice the "COME" command, motivating the puppies to navigate from one side of the gym, through the middle, and to the other side repeatedly. This exercise helps them become comfortable with unfamiliar sounds and objects, building their confidence along the way.
