Reservation List and Application
Join our Reservation List to be considered for a puppy at Yorkie and Morkie Boutique. The Reservation List allows you the ability to be a part of our communications and updates. In order to join our Reservation List, you are required to complete an application for consideration. The breeder will review your application and contact you. The breeder will attempt to reach you with the contact information in your application so be sure to make sure it’s all accurate and up to date. *Yorkie and Morkie Boutique reserves the right to approve or decline any application received without reason and explanation. The waitlist does not secure or guarantee you a puppy.

Reservation Fees and Deposits
At Yorkie and Morkie Boutique, we understand the importance of securing your desired puppy. To ensure that your chosen puppy is reserved exclusively for you, we have a reservation process in place.
Reservation Fee:
To reserve your puppy and guarantee that it will not be sold to another family, we require a non-refundable* reservation fee of $500. This fee helps us plan accordingly and secure your spot and selection in the current or upcoming litters. The reservation fee can be paid in cash, Zelle or through ApplePay. This reservation fee of $500 is applied to the cost of your puppy and can be applied to up to 4 litters.
Deposit:
Once the birth of the puppies occurs, you will make the decision to stay in the litter and secure your selection spot or choose to roll to a different litter. If you choose to stay in the current litter, we collect a puppy deposit of $1,000 to hold your selection spot in that litter. This deposit further confirms your commitment and ensures that your chosen puppy is set aside for you.
Remaining Balance and Installments:
The remaining balance is to be paid every two weeks that will follow the installment plan outlined in our agreement. The agreement provides details on the payment schedule and terms.
Selection Process:
On or about 4-5 weeks of age, the selection process takes place. You will receive a two page comprehensive report about your puppy. Please note that no puppy is considered reserved until an agreement is executed and the deposit is received. If a puppy is listed as "Available" on our Current Puppies Page, and the puppy is not pending selection from a reservation list, you may choose to purchase that puppy now and not wait.
Pickup or Travel Arrangements:
If you are a local resident to Arizona, you will be required to come to our home for the pickup of your puppy. For those located outside of the local area, we can arrange for a travel companion to meet you at the Phoenix airport or your local airport, with applicable travel fees.

Your Puppy Selection
Puppies will be selected in application order and review at the discretion of the breeder. Meaning, if you are number one on the list (after receiving your reservation fee) and make a selection and deposit, a puppy will be held specifically for you. Please see our selection process. Should you elect to not take a puppy you selected, the deposit and payments are forfeited and non-refundable.
We welcome you into our home! Come see the puppies, meet the parents, meet our family and spend time with us. We expect a relationship to develop over the 8-9 weeks! We will be sending daily videos and pictures! You'll get to meet the other future parents of the litter! At approximately 5-6 weeks, you will get the opportunity to select the puppy of your dreams! Based on personality, temperament, gender, size, color and MORE, you will have a complete picture of each puppy in the litter and the ability to choose the perfect puppy for you!
We allow for visits in our home, bring your old t-shirt for your smell, allow the puppies to get to know you and when you name your new puppy, we will immediately change it's name to whatever you want!!! This helps with transition and expectations!

At Yorkie and Morkie Boutique, our morkie and shorkie puppies do not come with registration papers to any specific registry. Their parents are registered with lineage. However, you have the option to independently register your morkie or shorkie puppy with the Continental Kennel Club (CKC) or North American Pet Registry (NAPRI) under single registration status if you wish to do so. This allows you to have official documentation for your morkie's lineage.
Yorkie and Biewer Registration:
For most of our yorkie and Biewer litters, they are either APRI (American Pet Registry, Inc.), AKC (American Kennel Club), CKC (Continental Kennel Club), NAPRI (North American Pet Registry, Inc) registered. When you purchase a puppy from us, you will be provided with the appropriate registration papers. This ensures that you have the official documentation and registration for your puppy's pedigree.
Good Dog Certified:
