Our Reservation List is Open!
We’ve established a reservation list that requires both an approved application and a $500 non-refundable reservation fee. This fee will be credited toward the total price of your chosen puppy.
You also have the option to wait and see if any puppies are available after the reservation list has been filled. However, please be aware that priority for puppy selection will be given to families who are already on the reservation list.

Once on the Reservation List - Here Are Next Steps
Once your application and reservation fee is received, you’ll be added to our reservation list (in order of receipt). When we have a new litter, we’ll reach out to those on the list to begin reserving puppies. If during the reservation process, you’ve requested a particular litter, color, size, or gender preference and those aren’t available in the current litter, we’ll still contact you. We understand that preferences can change, so we want to ensure you have the opportunity to choose a puppy that feels like the right fit.
Families on the reservation list will be contacted in the order their reservation fee was received. You can choose to select a puppy from the current litter or wait for the next one. If you decide to pass on a particular litter, we’ll continue down the list until all the puppies are reserved. When a new litter arrives, we’ll start the selection process again from the top of the list.
Once you’ve selected your puppy, your reservation fee will be applied toward the total deposit required to secure your puppy. At that point, the full deposit becomes non-refundable.
Please note that the timing of litters and the success of pregnancies are outside of our control, and there’s no guarantee that a litter will have the color, gender, or size you’re hoping for.

At Yorkie and Morkie Boutique, we have had the pleasure of breeding and raising numerous adorable puppies. Our previous litters have included a variety of Yorkshire Terriers (Yorkies), Morkies, Shorkies, Shih-Tzu, Maltese and Biewers each with their own unique characteristics and personalities.

In the early hours of the morning, on 1/23/25, Roxi delivered five gorgeous puppies.
